Map Image API restrictions

Is it allowed to use Map Image API in turn by turn mobile apps for WP7? I have seen several Apps that provide Nokia Maps integration.

Which API would that be, that you are using ? Would it be Nokia specific or Microsoft one ?

Currently I'm using Bing Maps API for Map, routing and search. In future I want to give my customer the option to select which map, routing and search engine they would like to use. Many turn by turn apps in Marketplace have this option. My question is about Maps Image API (http://www.developer.nokia.com/Devel...tting_started/).
