Adding a new notification to Nokia Belle

In the new Notification tab of Belle devices, is there any way I can add a new notification for my app.
My app gets some info from a server, so if it needs user input i want to add a notification.. so that user can click on that and it opens my app.. so is there any api to achieve this on Belle.?

To implement functionality you describe with Notification API (https://projects.developer.nokia.com/notificationsapi) perhaps you need OviNotification application wake up feature Also please check Notification UI.
