Sadly I don't have any access to Beta version of Online Reports. We may ask lostdev if he still observes those frightening differences. My sales going stably low now, expecting around 50% drop to previous month![]()
Something can not be right.
Since I'm here (November 2011) it has always been going down. In December and January in total terms sold more, but because I added several apps.
With sales so low I start to wonder if it's worth betting in this store.
cotonet, you're not alone with those thoughts![]()

There is an update regarding differences between Beta Reports and regular Reports: according to developer support, these differences are caused by apps redownloads and updates - Beta Reports take these redownloads in account while displaying downloads statistics, but regular Reports does not. While this certainly may be the case, but I have almost two times difference for some content items between Beta Reports and regular Reports, so I have some doubts about this explanation. But I'm releasing regular updates to these applications, so who knows.
lostdev, thanks for update, explanation seems to be reasonableLet's hope they didn't make it up to avoid real checks of the system. Would be great to have a new content that does not have re-downloads, by chance are you planning to release a new app any time soon
? Thanks
Hmm, something is fishy going on with reports. Re-downloads here are not very reasonable... Let's see what Andrew will tell us about it

Reply from Andrew on Facebook: "Okay so! The beta report shows download numbers while the classic report shows purchase numbers. Download numbers include redownloads and QA testing while purchase numbers do not. This is why the Beta reports show a higher figure; however, we're asking for the purchase numbers to be included in the beta reports as well to provide a fuller analysis for our publishers."

After reading what you have been talking on Facebook, and summarizing.
Reports vs Beta Reports = Sales vs Downloads.
So, everything is ok with the reports?
Probably it's just a normal drop in sales.
And the best part, it is better to stay with our mouths shut about these issues.![]()
"And the best part, it is better to stay with our mouths shut about these issues..." where this comes from?
