RDS (Radio Data System) API for Lumia 800

I see there is the Microsoft.Devices.Radio namespace.
How can I get access to the RDS data stream for a given FM station on a Lumia 800?
(I know RDS and RDSTMC protocols intimately - so just getting hold of the data is all I want!)

There is no way to access that API currently.

Note:The radio doesn’t work while the phone is connected to a computer running Zune.The Zune desktop program locks the media library, which prevents any functionality that requires the ID_CAP_MEDIALIB capability from working.
