Err msg 'Unable to install, invalid file', 'invalid Jar file', 'Certificate error...

We've submitted an application to Nokia. They send us back an email that contains 6 issues causing QA failure. These 3 issues are about error messages that appear while installing our application. We've already tested it on several phones that are 5800, C3 and it works well without any error message. We've no idea how to resolve these problems. Could you please help us?

ISSUE #1: SUMMARY: 'Unable to install, invalid file' error message displayed during the installation.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Download the content.
2. Try to install the content.

ACTUAL RESULT: When installing from .jad file, the error message 'Unable to install, invalid file' is displayed. Application can not be installed. But application can be installed normally from .jar file.

EXPECTED RESULT: Application can be properly installed. Install process is free of any error messages.
AFFECTED DEVICES: 6681 Firmware: 6.09.00, N70 Firmware v 2.0536.0.2 and Device N70 Firmware V2.0536.0.2 is tested instead of device Nokia 3230 and 6670.
FREQUENCY REPRODUCED: 100%.

ISSUE #2: SUMMARY: 'invalid Jar file' error message displayed during the installation.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Download the content.
2. Try to install the content.

ACTUAL RESULT: When installing from .jad file, the error message 'invalid Jar file' is displayed. Application can not be installed. But application can be installed normally from .jar file.

EXPECTED RESULT: Application can be properly installed. Install process is free of any error messages.
AFFECTED DEVICES: S60 3rd Edition platform devices.
FREQUENCY REPRODUCED: 100%.

ISSUE #3: SUMMARY: Application cannot be installed.

ACTUAL RESULT: An error message 'Certificate error. Contact the application supplier.' is displayed at installation.

EXPECTED RESULT: Application is downloaded and installed on the device without any issues. Any error or warning messages should not be displayed during installation.
AFFECTED DEVICES: S60 3rd Edition FP1 and S60 3rd Edition FP2.
FREQUENCY REPRODUCED: 100%.

How do you produce .jad file ? -- definitely it is incorrect since your application can be installed normally from .jar file. In that sense issue#1 and 2 are the same.

You can test your application installation on wide range of devices by using Remote Device Access service -- that is free to use

We use netbean to produce both .jar and .jad files. For we've tested our app in RDA, we think that the problem is that .jad used in installation cannot find .jar file because it's not sit next to it! If we just try to install with .jad file first then .jar is not uploaded into the machine. Of course, we cannot install the app because installation file is actually .jar file. So after tried both files .jad can install our app without any error message. (I think the message should be 'cannot find .jar file' instead. )

For the certification error, We've found it in non-touchscreen devices. Therefore, we remove attribute MIDlet-Touch-Support from our app and it works. So we have our app 'for touchscreen' and 'without touchscreen' now. I think that Nokia shouldn't be too restrict about submitting and installing application if they cannot indicate clearly what's the problem.

However, we cannot test some indicated devices because they aren't in RDA.
