meego devices from Jolla?

The Jolla team is actually comprised of members from the past MeeGo team, working with "some of the best minds working on MeeGo in the communities." Reportedly, the company will be designing, developing and even selling MeeGo phones. That's no small feat; even giants like HTC are having a tough time keeping profits up under the strain from Apple and Samsung. Jolla also hopes to push out a new MeeGo in due time.

Somehow I do not feel that they are really close to releasing new MeeGo models. While designing and manufacturing something is not closely related to having a website, when you have a product ready and want to sell it, that usually involves having one.
So far they have a Twitter channel.

Can someone explain what is Jolla team is and what it will do? I mean are these guys from former Harmattan team of Nokia? Or from MeeGo community (meego.com)? Are they going to make MeeGo or Jolla?.., based on Harmattan or on MeeGo related to meego.com project??? I have totally mixed these all names up.

Thanks for hint. Ok, they are not related to meego.com guys. So, yet another MeeGo OS without device and years of development for nothing. :-( Hopefully some big mobile manufacturer will buy jolla ltd for good.
