Thread: July invoice?

    Still no invoice in July.
    Has anybody received his/her July invoice from Nokia?

    Please check Q&A payouts :
    When will I receive payment?

    Payments will be made 1 month after the first month when the actual payment exceeds € 100.

    If the total payment for the year does not exceed € 100, it will be paid out at year’s end.
    Is it your case?

    I think it is to early for the next invoice. I think there have to be operators money (six month since last xmas operators invoice), so this invoice have to be much bigger and it'll come as usual in third decade of the month.

    There may be a delay for July invoices. I don't have any official information but this seems likely. I will update this thread as soon as I find out more.

    The last update I got was on July 16th. Since then NOTHING, even though my applications are on top of Best sellers list in the store.

    How can a company like this not be able to fix such a basic thing? Do they run the system on Windows Phone OS or what?

    I also faced problem.
    No invoice this month yet.
    Reports are broken from 18.08.

    Perhaps it is related with the Nokia quarterly report, by which the company's losses amounted to one billion euros?

    Hi everyone!

    Here are a few updates on recent questions/issues.

    -July payments have been delayed. As of now they are scheduled to be sent out next week, August 1st, but we're trying to get that expedited so they get sent out ASAP.

    -There is an issue with publisher reports not updating after July 17. We are working on a fix right now and it should be done this week as early as possible.

    - We are currently unable to report on actual revenue. If you have recently sent an email to developer.support@nokia.com asking for it please be patient, we should be able to get back to you later this week.

    - We were expecting Breakdown reports to be operational last week but that has been delayed. Hopefully they will be available very soon, it seems that we are very close to a fix.

    Not a lot of good news unfortunately but at least you know what's happening.

    And unfortunately it is not the first time it happens, certainly how things work in Nokia also not be the last.

    Hahaha,then pray that the messy systems mistakenly increase your revenues.This way you will glad that the system is messy because the mess just give you extra revenues
