Not Able To Install Apache Cordova for Windows Phone7

I am Trying To create an Application with Apache Cordova(Phonegap) For windows phone7.I followed the below link and the problem is am not able to find CordovaStarter-x.x.x.zip file in the downloaded content as mentioned in the instruction in the below Download Link.Plz sort out my problem.Thank you

And what is in the downloaded package then (I am on a slow 2G connection, so I can not download it now)? Can it happen if you "loosen" a bit the requirement, you can locate such file, just it is called PhoneGapStarter, or anythingelseStarter instead?

I cant see it either. The projects are on phonegap-phonegap-26d211b\lib\windows-phone\templates but the file mentioned on the documentation its not there. Have you tried to ask the authors? Seems to me that either they forgot to include that file or the documentation is not up to date.

Then try to edit the' www folder' of example (phonegap-phonegap-2.1.0-0-g26d211b\phonegap-phonegap-26d211b\lib\windows-phone\example) with your code .It is working..

Are you looking for the "Actual" cordova zip that you have downloaded? May i ask what browser do you use?
