there should be a QCH file as well. To have that would be even better, as all the examples seem to be missing from the download archive that is currently provided....

This is being worked on as fast as it's going to be. Additional polling will not change the situation - feel free if it makes you feel better.

Harmattan-dev appears to be up again (or at least the linked resources I've tried like ​http://harmattan-dev.nokia.com/platform-sdk/ and ​http://harmattan-dev.nokia.com/docs/...ser_guide.html are up and running)

We are back online. Sorry for the delay, plenty of people having vacations and it was hard to find where and by whom to fix. Also now better monitoring in place.
