installing created theme issue

i'm using nokia 5230 S60 5th and i have created theme for that using carbide.ui symbian theme editor and exported to mobile in all possible type (as folder, as zip file etc) but the mobile doesn't supporting or installing what'm suppose to do now please help me (johnsonvc.66@gmail.com)

What kind of file is it that you try installing ?
how did you make it ?
what is the actual behaviour (in details, and copy all error notes shown in english to here) when it fails to install ?

I had created a Theme for S6 5th edition -v2.1.1 using "Carbide.ui Symbian Theme edition".
After editing I went to create the sis deployment package. But when I click finish it showing "The following error occured in the packaging process: java.io.file Not Found Exception:C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\Carbide.ui Symbian\eclipse\plugins\com.nokia.tools.packaging_2.0.0.201110311148\runtime\win32\SKIN_COMPILER.exe(access is denied)"

ok, sounds like a tool problems, from which unfortunatelly I would not know too much at all. Anyway, maybe you could checkw hether it did make teh sis file, and whether you could manually install it

I found the below solution from this form only by one of the member posted for the same issue but for me it's very hard to understand if you get anything can you suggest that solution to me in simple words

found the solution
first thing u got to delete ur carbide from the root
use (yourinstaller software) then re install it again
and try to package the sample theme if it work
then fine and to keep it this way never change the icon with jpeg extension never ever thats
currept your skin complier try to convert the jpeg
to svg now congratulation it's work ... by the
way ur so lucky i saw ur post coz i wrote this
exclusivly in here and if u searching in a whole
sites u never find it)

Hi Johnson vc,

I will attempt to translate this "solution" - note that I know nothing about carbide theme edition and have not verified this. Note also that this English is quite bad, so my interpretation could be wrong.

Step 1. Create a clean carbide theme edition installation - uninstall the old one and delete anything of it left on the drive. Then reinstall the SDK.

Step 2. The theme edition has a "sample" project. Try to package and install this sample theme. If that works, you know that your toolchain is working well.

The last part is confusing, but I THINK its saying that there is some icon with a jpg extension that you must not change. However since this is so confusing, I'd suggest you try "my" step 3 below.

Step 3. Add a small parts of your theme into the sample project and then retest installation. At least then if something breaks, you will know "approximately" what it was.
