I've been trying to contact support on a financial issue, first at email@example.com, then through the site, in both cases no reply.
Is there an issue with support right now?

They just replied to me, so that email address works.
Please give the request subject or more details as a reply to my private message. I will then check what has happened for your request from the site. As I already answered in another thread it might be possible that indirect.ap@ was not the right email address for your request anymore.
