java.io.file Not Found Exception in the packing of theme

I had created a Theme for S60 5th edition using "Carbide.ui Symbian Theme edition".
After editing I tried to create package of the theme.
But when I click finish it shows an error saying
"The following error occured in the packaging process: java.io.file Not Found Exception:C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\Carbide.ui Symbian\eclipse\plugins\com.nokia.tools.packaging_2.0.0.201110311148\runtime\win32\SKIN_COMPILER.exe(access is denied)"
What shall I do?


> I already reinstalled the Carbide.ui
> Version I'm using is 4.3 & the bulid is UIN 111031
