What you found in http://www.developer.nokia.com/Commu...etooth-in-j2me is possible, however make sure you understand what it is about:
- creating an application for the PC which accepts Bluetooth connections and listens for special requests which it can forward towards the Internet, then it gets the results and forwards them back to the Bluetooth connection
- creating a specialized browser for the phone which connects to the PC over Bluetooth and sends/receives data using the special protocol you design.

Yes, it is a dead link. Still, it is possible to develop such application.
You can also try contacting Nolido, however the user has this single post and has not been online since then. But sending a message may still be possible.

Then you have to understand the PAN profile with Bluetooth which is responsible for creating the link between your computer and your mobile phone. Around 1000 pages. Then you have to understand JSR-82 which bridges Java to Bluetooth within your mobile phone. I recommend a book which does all that.

Then you should know how to create a web-client, so you need HTTP, (X)HTML, and JavaScript which is the bridge between your display and the remote webpage.

Given your experience with these technologies you certainly feel that creating HTML and rendering HTML are very different tasks, and this difference grows a lot when dynamic elements, like scripting, are added. Let us hope the old project is still usable.
