In-App purchase Server ERROR

Every time I try to make some in-app test from the emulator, the in-app server gives me back -35, which is http general error. Any idea?

Do you have working internet connection from the emulator ?

Yes, the internet connection is working in the correct way. I open the browser and I can navigate. I see other post, it talks about setting time in the emulator and it's ok too.
