    I dont know any sdk working in windows95 but here is a link

    Even the oldest SDK I could dig up now (Nokia 9200 Communicator in the tools archive) requires Win98 or NT4. The second oldest (S60 1st edition) needs NT4 or Win2000 as minimum.
    Also, these SDK-s are not really useful when developing for "current" mobile phones, where "current" means devices released in the last 6 years.

    @Abhilash, Just curious, why you need Symbian SDK for Windows 95 ?

    He aims for development with minimal hardware requirements. You can read back his posts and you will get some idea.

    Minimal hardware requirements coupled with Win 95 for development for Symbian might not be that much successful.
