Is the Cache Problem?

when enter the main web site:
wap.tom.com/xhtml/Nokia3300/main.jsp
then enter the link [移动卡繽OK] or [訽音铃声(awb)] ，the Nokia3300 sometimes show "File is too large ,Can not be download" or "Connection is terminated",sometimes it does work。

but if I directly enter the address wap.tom.com/xhtml/Nokia3300/karaok_main.jsp or wap.tom.com/xhtml/Nokia3300/truetone_list.jsp it works well.

I want to know if it is the Cache problem?
I set in my jsp file
<meta http-equiv="Cache-Control" content="no-cache"/>.
all the image +main.jsp + cssfile~ 10kb
whether

my phone uaprof :
Nokia3300/1.0 (4.07) Profile/MIDP-1.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.0

Then I try to decrease the size of the Icon and Gif to make the whole page size to be lower than 8kb ,it works better.So I think is the size problem.
