Push capability in 7650

Hi,
I was wondering if the 7650 accepts push messages sent via an SMS? Moreover, what kind of push messages does it accept, i.e. SI, SL, CO, etc?
I have been trying to test the sending of a push message to the 7650 but haven't been able to get it on the phone even though my SMSC says the message has been delivered.

Would it be possible to attach a sample push msg as well, if possible?
