New in developing Java Forte & J2ME

I'm student in college and currently i'm study on WAP and GPRS. I have J2SE version 1.3, Java Forte n J2ME installed in my computer. I would like to ask actually where should I start.

Do a lot of reading, and try to get some source with good documentation.
