SyncML the solution?

Hi,

I need a way for clients to synchronise their syncML + WAP nokia handsets with our on-line contacts database and calendar. Is syncML the correct technology to use? If so, I can only find 9210 syncML documentation - surely syncML is handset independant? Where can I find documentation on developing a syncML interface over WAP?
