Overwrite Image

Hi,

I used CMdaImageFileToBitmapUtility to open an JPEG image, then I used CMdaImageBitmapToFileUtility to write that bitmap back to the original file.

I found that the saved image has very poor quality, any problem occured? However, if I save the bitmap to another filename, the saved image will not have such a problem.

Hope someone can give me hints on this.

Check your jpg quality factor, you propably are not setting it and getting some funny results because of that.

That's not solution. I have the same problem as yfho. I have iQualityFactor and iSampleScheme to set on.

edit: Works fine with 6600 and 6630, but not 7650.

Replying to my own question.

Solution of problem: I was already opened file and forget to close it. Problem solved.
