    Hi all,

Has anyone heard of an application which would monitor the number of bits or bytes/second being downloaded or streamed into the phone over a period of time?

An example would be to test the actual throughput when the user requests a streaming video to play on the phone.

I have had a quick look at the classes provided with Nokia Series 60 Symbian, but there doesn't seem to be a solution for this.

    I'd appreciate any help!

    Hi,

I need to measure boath sent and received traffic for the aplication while it is running on the emulator currently I am using m-Router lite for this. Does anybody know if "Bytes received" and "Bytes sent" in m-Router correspond to actual
number of bytes that gprs provider usually calculates for pricing?

m_router lite shows only number of bytes for current connection, boath values are set to 0 when connection is shutted down, is it a way to calcualte total number of bytes?
