D211 + HANDHELD PC 2000 (Windows CE 3.0) = NO GPRS

I have got an problem. I'am using my D211 on a HANDHELD PC 2000 (Windows CE 3.0). The installations went OK, I made a profile.......
When I are in the Status menu, I can select a connection. The D211 starts searching and the Status changes to "Ready to activate GPRS".
But when I click on "Activate" it goes wrong......
The Status changes for a few moments to "Activating", but then an error appears: "Nokia D211 Disconnected". And the status changes back to "Ready to activate GPRS".....

Has anybody any idea what the problem could be?
