etelmm on NOKIA 6600

I am trying to utilize etelmm on NOKIA 6600, but unfortunately I cannot find the .h and .lib files inthe provided SDK.
Does anyone know where these can be found ?

For UIQ this http://www.newlc.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=345 is the case. Nokia might applying the same policy, which I don't wonder at all.
