Thank you for your question, probably others have been wondering this also.

We have closed down the Nokia Developer ProPoint. This is because we wish to provide every developer with good support. You can find all Developer Support services behind this link:

There is a new fee-based Technical Support service that is open to everyone. This is closest to the old ProPoint service. Please find more info on our Developer Support pages!
