Hi Dhiraj,

First of all you need to have symbian 6.0 crystal SDK for java installed. Nokia provides its customized 6.0 crystal java SDK.
Secondly, you need to familiar with Symbian notation and syntax to write any program. As a matter of fact, documentation provided with SDK will help you to understand how to use Symbian SDK to write simple programs.
