Ringtones and carriers

I have been successful in sending ringtones (Nokia Binary) via SMS to compatible phones on the AT&T Wireless system but can't get a tone through on the other major US carriers.

Is there a trick to sending ringtones thru Cingular, Voicestream, Verizon, etc..?

Are you able to send normal text SMS messages form an one operator to another one? If yes, operators are ripping or modifying the User Data Header to disable interworking.

I am trying to send ringtones,but i am not able to send.can you tell how ur following and how ur attaching the header.if select different ringtones,header will also change,can you tell exactly,how that will be effected.
