Conversion of 3GP files to MPEG

hi!This is with regrading to the 3GP files I would like to convert to MPEG.Is there any sotware to do this directly.

install the Nokia PC Suite for 6600.

it has the conversion software in it.

Use Nokia MultiMedia Player to create *.3gp from various file types.

Open the file using the player and click 'File > Save As' This will now save the file as a *.3gp.

I have see Quicktime 6 also has support for *.3gp.

This may be able to convert *.3gp to *.mpeg?

hi i use nokia 6233 from last 2 years now i just shoot some my family clips in my cell but i now need to make a cd of this clip. how i convert this clip? becose this is all the 3 gp clips and if we want to make a cd we must convert all in mpeg or avi4...have any converter...?
