Using M2M System Interface in AT-mode

Is it possible to use Nokia 30 M2M System Interface (CORBA) in standard AT-mode? I know that there is a separate modem UART port on the M2M System Connector, but the problem is that we haven't wired this port to our application HW and therefore we cannot issue the AT-commands via it.

M2M system connector provides all necessary pins for RS-232 communication or for corba usage.
