Do you know a tool, which allows easy and correct convert from jpg, gif or bmp to mbm file format?

Hi,

You need to use the AIF builder.
AIF Builder allows you to launch the AIF Icon Designer program. This helps you create the application's icon in the multibitmap file format (.mbm).
To load an existing .bmp or .jpg image, use Load on the File menu. AIF Icon Designer will automatically scale the image to the correct icon size.
