Nokia 30 "Alarms"

A user may subscribe herself, in the nokia 30, to get a message when an input is changed. How many users can subscribe themselves for the same alarm?
Is it possible to subscribe permanently, so I'll not have to renew the subscription after every alarm?

At the moment the message will be sent only to number where from the subsscibtion has last arrived, and it will be sent only from one change in input. After that a the subscribtion has to be done again.
