    Without Using HTTP of GSM modem!!!!

    Hello!

    I don't quite follow, if you don't have any connectivity (HTTP/ TCP/IP or GSM modem) at your server side, you can't.

    You need to have a GSM modem connected to the server or you need to have a TCI/IP connection to operator SMSC.
