    Nokia Mobile Server Services SDK 1.3 supports 3GPP-specified MM7. In the other words, the SDK can also be used to send/receive other MMSCs other than Nokia MMSC?

    Interoperability is not guaranteed, use Nokia SDK for Nokia MMSC.
