does anyone know where i can find a mms compiler which operates on linux?

I need to be able to convert a smil file into a mms server-sided within a php script

i figured out a lot about encoding the headers but i still cann't find any information on how to encode a mms through a server-side script

I can see this is an old topic, but I'm facing the same problem...
Does anyone have an Linux MMS compiler? As far as searched the web, no MMS utility was made for linux...
