How can I connect over TCP/IP to MMS Relay Proxy ??

if( !(m_pClientSocket = new CMMSSocket(this) ))
return;
if( !(m_pClientSocket->Create()))
return;

m_pClientSocket->Connect("http://eplus/mms",5080))

I can't never connect to this Relay ! ! !
