How to get line height of CEikEdwin or CEikGlobalTextEditor?

The closest API I found is AvgLinesInViewRect, but that doesn't sound right. Does anyone know how to get it?

I'm not really suggesting that AvgLinesInViewRect would return a line height, because that doesn't make sense. I just thought it might be used in conjunction with the current height to compute a reasonable value. Unfortunately, I am confused by the name here, because I don't understand what the average number of lines has to do with anything. Typical Symbian naming annoyance...

maybe it means that some of the lines might not have same height as others, for example the lines that have graphics...
