MMS Message Structure

Does anybody have a complete sample of an HTTP Post message containing an multimedia message that conforms to WAP Forum, 3GPP, SMIL presentation and MIME encapsulation? We are trying to understand how the MMS message is structured within the HTTP Post message.

Check the "MMS Center Application Development Guide" on the ForumNokia site. Here's a direct link. Of course the examples have Nokia MMSC specific headers included, but that shouldn't disturb you too much. Note that the MM7 interface is still not really specified.
