send an MMS message by PC

Hi,
someone can help me?
I want to send an mms message with an image (JPG) from my pc.
I'm not an expert in this field, but I really have to do this (not for playing).

First question: I have a nokia 7250i mobile phone connected to a PC with a cable DKU-5. Is it possible to control directly the mobile phone to pass an image and a text and force it to send an mms? If not what I need to do this?

Second question: I saw that exist a "MMS nokia JAVA library", but I need to know if it is possible for me use it for my purpose.

Thirth question: Exist an activeX that can help me to send the MMS from my PC?

There is a software house that have developed many tools to remote control Nokia phones from PC.

This is the Oxygen software com

Many thanks for your support, but I've just called directly oxygensoftware by phone, but they told me that nokia didn't give them the permission to access to MMS directly from the pc.
I'm trying with the software developed by a tawain gay and publish at the following url:

but I had no success at the moment.

Hmmm, Interesting. Correction ........ A singapore guy (not taiwan gay).

I am experimenting with writing my own MMS encoder and WSP sending using VB. Try it out and let me know whether it work for your provider.
