U have to write your ur library or use any existing Voice Recognition software for it ..
Even if 7610 has it , u wont be able to use it with J2ME .

and if i want to write a library to use it . is j2me can write that library?

There r voice recognition softwares available( i mean engines).
But whether they can be configured with J2ME. if yes then HOW is something i dont know about .....

I also thought of implelenting voice recognition with J2ME .
But after spending 4 hrs on google , dropped the idea ...

U wud appreciated if u cud share more info on the same .
