Win2000 RAS and 9210 not connect

Hi,

I try to establish RAS connection between Win2000 and 9210 by serial cable. I follow the documnt
"SETUP CONNECTION BETWEEN THE NOKIA 9210 COMMUNICATOR & NT RAS SERVER VERSION 1.0 15-08-2001".

On page 9 of the document, setting Modem information. I could not find the section ObeyRTS and FailRTS on t_editdb.exe. On _editdb.exe, it has FreeRTS and FreeDTR entry. Which value should I set?

After attempting the RAS connection, I checked \winnt\ModemLog_...txt. It shows some garbage data is sent from device. I switch to slower connection speed. But result is same.

Do you have updated version of RAS setup document?

Hi,

As the document's title said, the configuration is currently for Windows NT, and therefore, it may not work unders Windows 2000 environment. We will test RAS connection with Windows 2000 later and create a new document if necessary.
