    Hi Sir:
Could you do me a favor to analyze the encoded ringtone message data
dumped from HK CSL web site.
    06 05 04 15 81 15 81 06 05 04 21 15 3D 30 CC C0 E0 C0 E1 81 00 00 02 4A 3A 5D 51 DD A5 B9 CC C0 E0 04 00 98 A8 C3 2C 32 C5 91 62 8C 20 A2 4B 30 B3 0C B0 A3 0B 31 26 52 A2 4C 24 C2 2C 49 B6 28 8B 09 30 B3 0B 20 A2 0B 20 C2 4C B0 CB 16 45 8A 30 82 89 2C C2 CC 32 C2 8C 2C C2 29 24 C2 4C 22 C4 9B 62 88 B0 93 0B 30 B2 0A C4 B4 4C 40 C2 08 B0 8B 0C
    A0 C3 0C B0 C2 16 45 8A 2C 43 2C 30 C2 CC 28 C2 4C 28 84

    I can't figure out the meaning of "06 05 04 21 15 3D 30 CC C0 E0 C0 E1 81 00 00" beyond the begining of "06 05 04 15 81 15 81".

If anyone can give a comment, I will appreciate it.

The bytes 06050421153D30CCC0E0C0E1810000 seem to be extra - I don't have any idea what they are for. Typically ringtones start with the sequence 02 4A 3A, which you can see right after those extra bytes. I tried the "new" ringtone and it sounded nice. ("Twins08" was the title)
