Http send and receive data

I want to send and receive text data via Http from a mobile device (Series 60) to a server on the internet.
please advise about how to do this ,
code examples for opening a Http connection , send data and receive data will help me a lot ,

have you checked the downloads section in this forum ?

There should be a HTTP example, with some pdf documentations ithe pdf is named: "Series 60 Developer, Platform 2.0: HTTP Client Example"
