Hi,

I have a Niokia 6800. Day before yesterday when i was using it to connect to the Internet (vie GPRs and data cable), it got switched off abruptly

Now when i switch the phone back on, I get a message that says "Contact Service". The phone stays like this only.

How do I fix this? Can I do it on my own using the PC Suite or some other software?
