master reset to factory for 6670

when i enter the *#7370# to do a master reset for my nokia 6670. it ask for the lock codes i have enter 12345 and 00000 but i got codes error can someone shine the lights

When you say "master reset" do you mean your phone will be exactly like how you bought it?

I accidentally deleted my whole memory card, will this allow me to bring back all the softwares originally installed in it?

yes that is correct it will return it to factory settings
in regards to your mmc is format where are you from i have access to taiwan 6670 original mmc image
