Feature Pack Upgrade

Could anyone tell me if I could, in a way or another, upgrade the Feature Pack of Series 60?
I'd like to upgrade Nokia 6260 with Feature Pack 2, in order to have e-mail push and Japanese encoding feature.

If I can upgrade, need I to ask for it to authorized personnel only or I can do it by myself? How?

No can do. Nokia does not make Series 60 upgrades. Getting a phone with a never release is the only way to get it.
