Sound problems while watching videos on 6230

When I play any 3gp video from my original nokia 32mb mmc, the sound is skipping. After a few 'skips' the sound is later than the video. Hard to explain. The higher the framerate and longer the video is, the longer the skips are and they are even more often. This also happens with 15fps videos. When I want to play them from the phones memory, it's OK, but the card makes problems. Why?

I'm also facing the problem too when i using to convert the the video using Multimedia media converter it's very irritating problem
