Encode Picture Message into Hex

Hi,

Please forgive me, I really don't know how to convert a Bitmap image
into a picture message Hex code that can be recognized by the nokia phone.

Is there any tools that can help to convert bmp to hex code? Thanks for your information.

I want to know is there any tools to do that also!
How come Nokia site didn't mention about this?
Our company need that tool in order to provide
the code to our partner companies...if we can't do
that, then we can't offer our cell phones logos
download service!!!!!!

There are 3rd-party programs available for doing this. We just don't advertise any of them, because we don't want to play favorites.
