    I want to program file transport via usb.
    Does there are some liberary?

    No such library. It would have to be built-in by the phone manufacturer.

    It might be possible in symbian but not java.

    Java is a sandbox and as such does not have access to external resources.

    If external resources are available its because special libraries have been shipped with the phone (example to access the camera).

    No one has ever shipped libraries for accessing the usb socket though.
