Video Recording Issues

I'm currently doing a project for my final year and i found out that 6600 does not support recording of video (found in Known_Issues_In_The_Nokia_6600_v1_7_en)

So is this true and if so, is there any other way to implement video recording to rms on a 6600?

The crudest solution is to take multiple pictures in quick succession and join them together. Whether it would be possible to take enough pictures in enough a time to give seemless video is a different matter.

Hopefully, someone with more experience will be able to give a solution better than this, the crudest option.
