Who can give me some reference about MBM File Format

I want to display MBM file on PC,but i dont know MBM file format.
I have searched in nokia developer document and cant get anything.
Who can give me some help?Give me some document about MBM file format or MBM file head struct reference.Anyway,Thank you.

I find that the picture data in the MBM has been compressed wiht RLE(Run Length Encoding)
who has some document about RLE or more document about MBM File?
Hehe,one problem by another.
