Install serial number

Hi, I am sorry if this is not the right place to post this, but I cannot install nds_jme_v2_2.zip Install.exe because I did not receive a Serial Number, but I received a Product registration Succeeded in Install Screeen telling me to get Serial on email and resume intallation. But this was 3 hours ago and no email. I received 30 emails during this period.

Same happened to me. What I did was to type in my username in capitals instead of lower case. That failed and then I did only the first letter of the username in capital and got refused again. Then I retyped the username and password in correct case and I got the serial number. Sound like a bug in the software. I have been unable to retrieve numerous serial keys for several applications. It used to work fine.

Hi, thanks, it was not the case. I received serial about 4 hours after success screen. It seems some server delay.
